Your website will be built and ready to review within 48 hours of us receiving your completed intake form and all required assets. Once you're happy with it, we make it live. If we don't hit the 48-hour build deadline, your first month's subscription fee is refunded in full — that's our guarantee in writing.
After subscribing you'll receive a detailed intake form straight away. Fill it out as thoroughly as possible and include all required assets — the more detail you give us, the closer your site will be to your vision. Once we receive your completed form and assets, your client portal is activated and your 48-hour build clock starts. From that point on, everything happens through your client portal — feedback, revisions, and all ongoing requests after launch.
No. Web48 is designed to work without calls or back-and-forth emails. Your intake form captures everything we need to get started. That said, if you'd like to chat before subscribing, you're welcome to book a free discovery call — otherwise, just fill out the form and we'll take it from there.
Every client gets a personal client portal. Simply submit your request there — text updates, image swaps, section edits, and anything within your plan's scope. Requests are completed in the order they're received. Starter clients can have one active request at a time; Pro clients can have two. You'll be notified as soon as yours is done.
You can pause your subscription at any time by submitting a request through your personal client portal before your next billing date. Your site stays live during the pause — nothing changes for your visitors. Pauses last up to 60 days. If you haven't reactivated by day 60, your subscription is automatically cancelled. Once you reactivate, you'll need to complete at least one full billing cycle before you can pause again.
Your first 7 days after delivery are a dedicated revision window — submit your changes through your client portal and we'll get them done. After 7 days the site is considered signed off and goes live on your domain. Any further changes are handled through your regular monthly requests.
Yes — once you've completed 3 consecutive billing cycles, every file and asset belongs to you. There's no platform lock-in — your site can be hosted anywhere. If you cancel before the 3-cycle minimum, Web48 retains the files as the build cost hasn't been fully recovered.
Anything related to your existing site — text updates, image swaps, section edits, layout tweaks, design changes, and form updates. If it's on your site, we'll handle it. Requests are completed in the order they're received through your client portal.
Yes. If you've given us at least 3 rounds of feedback during your revision window and we still haven't nailed it, you can request a refund of 75% of your setup fee. This is only available before your 3rd billing cycle — after that, ownership of the site has already transferred to you. Full refund terms are outlined in the Client Service Agreement.
